Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If your order is in before 1pm on any business day, we strive to ship out the same business day. And on average, most orders placed before 2pm go out the same day anyway.(Shipping times may vary and could take 1-3 days for processing) Our shipping time usually takes anywhere from 2-7 days depending on where in the country you are located. Most packages are received by our customers in 3 days but it is depending on the shipping provider and method of shipping you select at checkout. All packages are picked up by our shipping carriers daily. UPS picks up at 4:30pm and USPS around 2:30pm.

How to Check Order Status

Once you place an order, there are a couple options to track the status of your order.

The easiest way is to log into your account dashboard and check your order status under the most recent order history. There, you will be able to check where in the fulfillment process it is, and if it’s been shipped out or not.

Your tracking information will also be emailed to you once your shipping label is created. Once your label is created, you also can track the status of your package via the carrier website.


Expect additional time (several business days) for processing and fulfillment on all orders around a sale and after. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis where supplies permits. If you have tracking information but it only says label created that means the order is still in the process of being fulfilled and may be waiting on additional product to be finished.


Generally we have a 1-2 business business day lead time for packing and shipping out all orders. Once in transit, expect your shipment to arrive in 1-5 business days depending on shipping method you selected.

UPS only picks up packages Monday – Friday, so if you order over the weekend, the mail does not move.

If your shipment is delayed, it’s always best to contact UPS directly at 800-688-2737.

If that does not work for you, please email and we can cancel/refund your order prior to it being shipped out. If you decide to cancel your order when it’s already in transit, you will need to send the shipment back unopened for a full refund.

*We do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the US, excluding Nevada. Due to the changing legal landscape, it is the customers responsibility to comply with local and state laws in their area.


Out fulfillment center currently has a 1-2 day handling time for processing orders (Does not include Weekends and Holidays). All online orders are packaged discreetly in the order they are received. We use a reliable private carrier for all wholesale shipping. Orders $500 or more include FREE UPS Ground Shipping ($20 for under $300). 3-day select, 2nd day air and Next Day Air options are available and passed along at our discounted rate. Please keep in mind our up to 2 day handling time before an order could ship out, however we do our best to get orders out sooner.

Additional Shipping Information

First off, thank you for making a purchase with us! After making your purchase, you should receive an order confirmation along with a receipt via email from our website. We (the merchant) will receive a copy as well so we can prepare the order and generate a shipping label. If you didn’t receive an email, we can find the order by your name and resend. Once the label is printed (Remember up to 2 day handling time), you should receive an additional email notification that will include tracking information. You can track your order via the carriers website (usps, ups, fedex) so you know when to expect its arrival.

**Please check your spam/promotions folder as email accounts like gmail/yahoo/hotmail tend to filter auto-generated emails that have valuable tracking information.
Please keep in mind, we are not the post office so our tracking information will be the same as what you can see online.

We apologize if you didn’t receive everything you ordered. If this is simply just a mistake on our end, the missing products will be shipped out ASAP at no additional charge. However, we will verify the order contents with a picture we take of the interior of the shipping envelope. Unfortunately we’ve had to take more extraordinary measures than ever planned to prevent scams, so you might be asked to text/email a picture of your order contents so we can compare it to the picture of what we sent out.

Please give it up to 24 hours for your package to show up. Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off. It’s also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox. Monkey Business 420 does not cover package theft. If the tracking says delivered, we assume the package has been delivered.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during shipping, please call the carrier immediately and report it using your tracking number. Next, file a police report. If you are a business with employees, it is extremely important that you file a police report so you can vouch for your business and the members who work there. Once you have obtained the following information, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives at for information on how to replace your product(s).

In the event the package does not make it to you, we will do our best to locate it and/or possibly file an insurance claim. If the package was indeed lost and/or a claim awarded, we will resend the order at no additional charge.
