Orders and Shipping
To change or cancel your order, please first find your order confirmation email that was sent to you.
Forward that email to sales@monkeybusiness420.com and adjust the subject line to read “Order Cancel Request” or “Order Edit Request”.
In the email please tell us your order number and what you would like to do:
- To Cancel your order – Please just let us know that you would like to cancel your order.
- To Edit your order – Please instruct us as to what items you would like removed or added to your order.
Note: if your order has already been fulfilled, you won’t be able to cancel or edit your order.
You will receive a new email confirmation confirming your new order or your requested cancelation.
Orders are charged at the time of placing them to provide a secure experience for both ourselves and our customer.
We accept all major Credit card payments – Via, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Credit Card payments are processed using Square.
We also accept Check Payments and CODs (Cash on Delivery).
Additional payment methods such as ACH are available upon request. Please contact us for more.
We typically fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days, depending on volume from our fulfillment center during weekday business hours (EST). Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday.
From there, standard domestic shipping is 4-8 business days.*
Standard international shipping is 7-18 business days, depending on traffic at customs.

There is a 24-hour delay from the time your order ships to the time the tracking details are emailed to you.

If you have any questions regarding an order not being confirmed for shipping yet, be sure to check the product page for the specific item you purchased to view any out of stock or pre-order notifications.
We currently offer 25% off all wholesale orders for new customers on top of already low wholesale pricing for all our products. Additionally, we continue working with our Brand partners to ensure low pricing on any new products so that we can extend those savings on to you.
We also launch different sales throughout the year so be sure to signup for those sales emails.
Often times we see the tracking information on the tracking page not being updated by the carrier but this does not mean your shipment is not moving. It simply means the driver did not scan the end of day pickup or the system simply failed to update. Rest assure your package is coming to you.
If however there is no movement after several days, please do reach out to us and we’ll get in touch with the carrier and get an update.

To become a wholesale customer, you will need to have business with a EIN and a release tax certificate. You simply need to fill out the New Account Registration form with all the required information. Once submitted, your registration will be reviewed and if approved you will receive a confirmation email from us.
