You can place an order online by registering for an account. Once we have your business license, we can start processing your order. Once you have opened an account and logged in, you will be able to purchase and submit your order. You may also place an order over the phone by calling (888) 688-2737 and speak to one of our sales representatives.
Orders are completed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed with us, we start pulling the items from our inventory. Each item is checked to make sure there are no cracks or defects. When all items have been pulled, your order is verified by our shipping department for accuracy. Then the items are wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure that nothing will be damaged during transportation of product. We cannot guarantee that nothing will break on its way to your business, but we do our very best when it comes to packaging and shipping orders. Orders are processed 1-2 days after they are placed.
If you receive a broken or defective item, you must immediately send a photo of the broken item(s) to sales@monkeybusiness420.com, to verify that it was indeed broken during transportation. All damages and/or shortages of product must be reported within 48 hours in order to claim credit. We will not honor any damages or missing items if they are not claimed within 48 hours after products have been received. It is your responsibility to check that products are not damaged before putting items on your shelf.
If it is the fault of Monkey Business 420, you will be fully credited and/or items will be reshipped at our expense. However, if is not the fault of Monkey Business 420, we would be happy to re-ship you any items at our expense. We may also require you to send back the broken or damaged items, we will be happy to email you a UPS return shipping label, as long as it is reported within 48 hours of receiving your products.
Shipping times vary depending on where the products are being shipped to. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know. We would be happy to discuss what options are available.
